Crown Chakra (Reference)
The seventh chakra is known as the Crown chakra and it is located just above the head. It’s main purpose is to connect us with the universe and it expands out consciousness. With the expansion of our crown chakra we experience a harmonious connection with “All that Is” – supreme spirituality. It provides clarity and wisdom to the individual.
The Crown symbol
The symbol of the Crown chakra is composed of a circle surounded by 1000 petals. The main color of the symbol is Violet however it is clearly surounded by the color white which represents purity. The circle is at times associated with the visuals of the full moon..
Chakra is imbalanced
When the Crown chakra has an imbalance, it can manifest as:
A disbelief in anything spiritual and being disconnected to the universe in general.
On the opposite side, an overactive crown chakra could manifest as a being disconnected from your body and earthly matters. Obsessive attachment to spiritual matters.

Balancing the Chakra
The following activities can assist in balancing the Crown Chakra
Light eating for short periods of time. Ensure plenty of water to enable the mind to focus its energy to receiving and not be distract its processing of energy with other activities.
Keep high vibratory crystals near by: Crystals such as Moldavita, Amber and diamonds.
Aromatherapy of florals and Meditate to visualize a violet color and connection to the Higher self. Being humble and expressions of Gratitude strengthening connection to the universe and hence this Chakra.
