The way we feel on an emotional level directly links into the status of our energy body and the health of our energy body directly links to the health of our physical body.
Each day, life can have us involved with scenarios that challenge our mental and emotional wellbeing, retaining and stowing this negative energy can interfere with feelings of self-worth, remove clarity from our thoughts and leave us depleted of drive.
An emotional release session will assist in letting go of these life events and health promote balance and healing to you emotional and physical self.
Emotional Release
Reset your Chi - Session time = 120min
Stage 1 of session:
You will be welcomed into a safe, peaceful and confidential environment to commence your session. The option to of a confidential discussion regarding the need for Emotional Release prior to your release session is purely a personal choice.
You may wish personally release with intent without disclosing any personal details. You will be guided in a manner that you are comfortable with and the session commence as you are ready.
Stage 2 of session:
While progressing into a state of relaxation, the focus will be on ensuring a grounded environment which is essential for any emotional release.
A candle of Violet light will be positioned at the foot of the table to allow detoxing and emotional release through the session. Crystal infused energy water will made available prior to the session to promote grounding capability.
Stage 3 of session:
Lying face up, specifically selected healing Music and Sounds will set the ambiance, and will begin interacting and de-stressing your bodies energy system. Your choice of either essential oils or incense sticks can be made available.
The Reiki session will commence with a connection to the universal life force (chi) and proceed with either the Reiki “Hands On” or “Hands Float” process of choice across all major and minor energy spots of the frontal positions.
Stage 4 of Session:
The time of the session will depend on many factors; it is largely dependent on the depth of release required and the intention of individual to release. This could range from 30min to 90min, we will both be guided on the timing through the session together.
As I detect any energy blockages, these are cleared from within each chakra and energetic field, the outcome is a more balance body. I then proceed with infusing the body with white healing light which is stored and protected prior to ending the session. If it is required, I will incorporate relevant detoxing crystal healing over identified areas of the body to assist in the clearing of any emotional release.
Stage 5 of Session:
Once complete, you will be provided time to awaken from the session while the practitioner records any observations or items they wish to discuss with you.
A detailed review of the session will then take place and any further steps discussed.
