Come lighten up and recharge your Chi; This general Reiki Relaxation session is the perfect leisure reward that provides the ideal energy boost while relaxing and comforting your energy levels. A Reiki Revitalisation session will provide the pleasing elevation and balance to your mental and physical wellbeing, sometimes in real-time.
With this session, you only attract and receive exactly what you need at that point in time. You do not need to have particular health reasons to have a Reiki Relaxation session, just the intent to undertake a positive experience for the mind and body is enough. Having promoted a relaxed state of mind, this session also typically promotes the greater ability to experience better quality and longer sleep.

Stage 1 of session:
You will be welcomed into a peaceful environment where the Four Elements of Air (Wind), Earth, Fire and Water will start the relaxation process.
Lying face up, specifically selected healing Music and Sounds will set the ambiance, and will begin interacting and de-stressing your bodies energy system.
Your choice of either essential oils or incense sticks can be made available.
Stage 2 of session:
Once in a relaxed state, the Reiki session will commence with a connection to the universal life force (chi) and proceed with either the Reiki “Hands On” or “Hands Float” process of choice across all major and minor energy points of the frontal positions.
A selection of Energetic crystals may be introduced in the session if guidance is felt to promote further repose and benefit.
Stage 3 of session:
On completion of the frontal treatment, you will be requested to turn face down at your convenience to enable treatment process across all major and minor energy points of the back position.
Stage 4 of session:
You will be provided time to awaken from the session while I summarise and note any observations.
Crystal infused energetic water will be made available to assist in sealing and grounding any benefits received through the process.
A detailed review of the session will then take place and any further steps discussed.
