Energy v’s Mass
EINSTEIN & TESLA
Einstein in his famous equation of E=mC2 is really saying that Energy = Mass and hence Mass = Energy. In other words, Energy and Mass are interchangeable, they are the same thing.
If you are able to increase the rate of vibration of an object of mass enough, this mass will turn into Energy, conversely, if you lower the rate of vibration, you will increase its mass. Water is an example of this. If we lower the rate of vibration of water by lowering its temperature, water will freeze. If you increase its vibration by heat, water will turn into vapour.
The theory of the big bang also demonstrates this phenomenon. In the beginning, all the energy was being compressed into a single point in space by gravity. It compressed to such a degree in such a small unit of space that the big bang eventuated whereby some of the energy spawned mass particles in this explosion. This mass has then been responsible to comprise all the material (other mass) that exists in each galaxy today. So, everything is born from energy and returns to energy.
E=mC2 also perfectly depicts who we are. We all have an energy body (E) and a physical body made from mass (m). The only difference between the two is the rate of vibration where our energy body vibrates at a higher frequency where it is difficult to detect with our senses.
An analogy of this is the comparison of light. Light is made of many spectrums where the only difference between the spectrums is the rate of vibration, some of which we can see and some we cannot. The visible range of light allows us to see the material world in its color form. We can see a green object because white light form the sun hits the object and all the colors in the white light are absorbed by the object with the exception of green which is reflected, hence giving rise to its color. This white light however is not just comprised of color that we can see.
Light also has an ultraviolet (UV) spectrum. We cannot see UV but we know it is there! Try going out in the hot Australian sun without sunscreen and you will soon “see” ultraviolet by the way in which it will sunburn the skin. The difference between visible Light and UV light is the rate of the light vibration.
UV is a higher energy from of visible light just like Microwave is a higher energy form of UV light. Whether it is visible, ultraviolet or microwave, it is all light expressed as differing energy levels. Our energy and physical bodies are the same, it is just that the energy body is vibrating higher than our physical bodies but it is all the same.

Quotes
Some of the greatest scientists understood this principle and applied it to their work as scientists. Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein are two examples.
Quotes by Nikola Tesla
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
“If your hate could be turned into electricity, it would light up the whole world.”
“My brain is only a receiver, in the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration.”
Quotes by Albert Einstein
“Matter is Energy. Energy is Light. We are all Light Beings.”
“What is reality? “What we have called matter is energy (light), whose vibration has been so lowered as to be perceptible to the senses. There is no matter.”
– “Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”
